La Mila is a premium Argentine sandwich and catering brand based in Pemulwuy, NSW, Australia. We operate a mobile food trailer and provide live catering services for private events, corporate functions, weddings, and celebrations across Sydney.

Instant Quote:
Submitting an instant quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. It is an expression of interest and will be followed up by our team to confirm details and availability.

Booking Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed once both parties have agreed on the event details and any applicable deposit or payment has been received. We will communicate confirmation directly via phone or email.

Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate event details including date, time, guest numbers, venue, and location. La Mila will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of enquiry or booking.

All pricing listed on our website is a guide only and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on guest numbers, event type and duration, location, and package selection.

Current catering packages:

• La Mila sandwiches — $28 per person, 2-hour live trailer service
• La Mila plates — $35 per person, 2-hour live trailer service
• La Mila chori full experience — $45 per person, 2–3 hour live trailer service

Cancellation and change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your event details change or if you need to cancel. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

La Mila provides live on-site catering from a fully equipped mobile food trailer. We take every reasonable precaution to deliver a safe, professional, and consistent food service experience at every event.

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust the menu or service arrangements where circumstances beyond our control require it
• Refuse a booking at our discretion

To the extent permitted by law, La Mila will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or our catering services. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking or service will not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
