Milanesa is a national favourite in Argentina — a crispy crumbed chicken cutlet layered with fresh ingredients and served in premium continental bread. It's not a schnitzel. The technique, the layering, and the balance of ingredients are what make it distinctly Argentine. At La Mila, every milanesa is built the way it's loved back home.

The Menu
What's on the La Mila catering menu?
Our catering menu includes the Chicken Milanesa Clásico, Chicken Milanesa Completo, Choripán, fresh golden chips, and our house sauces — Chimichurri and La Mila Signature Sauce. Menu availability depends on the package selected.
What is the La Mila Signature Sauce?
It's a unique combination of chimichurri and salsa criolla — developed specifically for La Mila. Balanced, bold, and unmistakably ours.
What are the catering packages?
We offer three packages — La Mila sandwiches ($28 per person), La Mila plates ($35 per person), and La Mila chori full experience ($45 per person). Each package includes live trailer service with different menu inclusions and service durations. Head to our Menu page for the full breakdown.

On the Day
What does the La Mila trailer setup look like?
La Mila operates from a fully equipped food trailer. We arrive, set up, and run the full service so you don't have to think about a thing. The trailer itself becomes part of the event experience.
How long does the service run?
Service duration depends on the package selected — ranging from 2 hours up to 3 hours for the Full Experience package. Additional service time is available as an add-on.
What does La Mila need from the venue?
We'll confirm all logistics with you when we chat. Generally we need suitable access for the trailer and a power source. We'll run through everything before the event to make sure it's seamless on the day.
